TERMS OF USE
The SportHall facilities are exclusively available for basketball, and their proper use ensures the best experience for everyone.
- Athletes are asked to enter the venue 15 minutes before the start of the slot.
- Prohibited Actions: Physical or verbal violence, smoking, alcohol consumption, and any damage to the equipment are strictly prohibited.
- The use of appropriate athletic clothing and footwear is mandatory.
BOOKINGS & PAYMENT POLICY
Our booking process is simple and flexible, designed to ensure immediate access to our facilities.
- Reservations: Bookings can be made via telephone, email, or our online platform (subject to availability).
- Payment: Payment must be completed prior to the start of the session via bank transfer or POS.
- Cancellations: Free cancellation is available up to 5 hours before the scheduled time.
- No-Show Policy: A delay of more than 15 minutes without prior notice will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation
