Panathinaikos AKTOR fans recorded the highest decibel levels of any European venue in 13 games, winning the “battle of the stands.”
It’s not often that you feel like you’re stepping into a space and leaving your daily routine behind and stepping straight into a celebration. That’s exactly what those who attended Telekom Center Athens on Sunday, April 5, felt on a night that looked like it would be something special. More than 8,000 spectators packed the venue’s Main Arena, filling every corner with energy, impatience and a mood for fun.
As the Harlem Globetrotters entered the glass floor, it was immediately apparent that what was about to follow was more than just a typical match. As part of their 100-year anniversary tour, they presented an impressive spectacle full of rhythm and imagination: perfectly synchronized moves, inventive tricks and nail-biters that thrilled the audience. All of this was ideally combined with their characteristic humor and spontaneity, creating an interactive experience where the spectators were not mere observers, but an active part of the performance.
After the intense activity of February and the important corporate events, March confirmed the dynamic continuation for Telekom Center Athens, becoming the top destination for high-end corporate events. During the month, the venue hosted a multitude of selected corporate events, offering leading companies the ideal space for strategic meetings, presentations and innovative actions that combined professionalism with excellent organization.

Telekom Center Athens was also pleased to host corporate events by CyberArk, Oktabit x Dell Technologies – Windows 11 Devices, the Active x Dell Technologies Partner Event powered by Oktabit and the cake cutting of the Maritime Risk Group (MRG) research group of the School of Naval Architecture and Mechanical Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens, further strengthening its profile as a “smart” venue that meets the needs of leading technology and innovation companies.
More than 1,000 COSMOTE TELEKOM executives recently met at Telekom Center Athens as part of the annual management meeting, Management Team Meeting 2026. The event took place in the modern spaces of the venue, bringing together Management and senior executives with the common goal of shaping the next steps and further strengthening the organization’s performance.

Inside the ring, two of the most prominent figures in world sport will meet: the undefeated Floyd Mayweather Jr. and the Greek champion Mike Zambidis (Iron Mike), in a historic showdown that until recently seemed unimaginable to take place in Greece.

He has won 15 world titles in five different weight classes, from super featherweight to light middleweight, and has also earned an Olympic bronze medal. Standing opposite him will be Mike Zambidis, internationally known as Iron Mike, one of the greatest Greek fighters of all time. On the afternoon of Wednesday, January 21, the Telekom Center Athens hosted a high-stakes match in the round of 16 of the EuroCup Women. The Panathinaikos vs. Zagreb match took place in a packed arena, with an intense pace and atmosphere worthy of the European competition.
7,829 fans attended, a record number for attendance at a EuroCup Women’s match, excluding the finals, according to the official FIBA announcement. At the same time, this is the largest attendance ever recorded for a European match by a Greek women’s basketball team, while it ranks as the third highest in the history of the competition overall.
In the heart of the PANATHINAIKOS BC AKTOR basketball court, at the Telekom Center Athens, a project was born that is unlike any other. Six different suites. Six One Living Capsules. A project that was assigned to the architectural firm of Gagos Architecture & Design in collaboration with White Veil with the aim of radically redefining the concept of hospitality within a purely sports venue.
The result is not just impressive. It is unique. The One Living Capsules were designed entirely by the Gagos Architecture and Design team and are a custom edition, exclusively for the PANATHINAIKOS BC AKTOR. Six suites that do not function as “observers” of the match, but are organically integrated into the pulse of the stadium, offering an unprecedented viewing and accommodation experience.
On Saturday, January 17, 2026, the Telekom Center Athens became the epicenter of one of the most powerful moments in the Greek music scene. BetaPeis, on the occasion of completing 23 years of uninterrupted presence in the Greek hip-hop scene, presented an anniversary live show that turned into a true celebration of freedom, memory and collective experience.
At 18:00, Telekom Center Athens opened its doors and within minutes the arena was filled with vibrancy and excitement. The audience, from every generation, flooded the space, ready to immerse themselves in a unique evening where rhymes, beats and emotions merged into an unsurpassed experience.
December 2025 kicked off in a very dynamic way at the Telekom Center Athens arena, with a two-day concert event that reaffirmed the venue’s role as a landmark for live shows in Athens.

On Saturday, December 13, Telekom Center Athens welcomed a living legend of global music as part of his «One Last Time» tour. The «Forever Young» Rod Stewart took the stage and, from the very first moments, created a sense of intimacy with the audience, blending his iconic voice with the charismatic stage presence that has defined him for decades.
A unique evening was experienced by all of us who gathered on Saturday, December 27th at the Telekom Center Athens. From early on, we could feel the pulse rising and the impatience of the crowd filling every corner of the arena, as the world-famous rapper TYGA prepared to take the stage, along with the talented Marseaux and Light. The energy was electric, with the audience eagerly awaiting the 36-year-old artist from Compton, an artist who has left his mark on the global music scene.
The evening started off dynamically just after 8:00 PM, when Marseaux took the stage and from the very first moment, she managed to excite the arena audience with her boundless energy and direct contact with the fans. Shortly before her live performance, we had the opportunity to meet her in the Press Room, where she spoke exclusively to journalists about her emotions, the intensity of the moment and the unique feeling of Telekom Center Athens, conveying her excitement just before she took the stage.
From November 1 to 8, 2025, the Telekom Center Athens transformed into a benchmark for international tennis, hosting the Vanda Pharmaceuticals Hellenic Championship, an event that combined top-notch sporting spectacle, international exposure and well-organized infrastructure.
